We have a new home online. yfch.org is live, and the timing is good: this October, Youth for Change turns four.
Four years of projects, exchanges, partnerships, challenges, lessons learned and, most importantly, young people who decided to take part.
We wanted to mark the fourth birthday by taking another step forward: a new website, a new system behind it, and a more open way of working.
What is on the new website?
Everything in one place. Young people can see how our calls work, so they are ready the moment one opens. Parents can see what their child would be applying for. Partners can find our organisational details and the documents they need to prepare a project with us.

Why we put our documents online
If we ask young people, parents and partners to trust us, they should be able to see how we work.
So the site carries the things an organisation usually keeps in a drawer:
- Our project history, every project with its dates and the town it was held in
- Financial reports for 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, and our Partner Identification Form
- Our organisational details, including our Erasmus+ OID E10313347, PIC 884444449 and our European Solidarity Corps Quality Label
We want yfch.org to grow into a public record of our work.
A new system behind the website
As the number of projects and applications grows, forms, spreadsheets and email stop being enough.
We now have our own CRM. Applications arrive in one place and are reviewed there, participant selection is easier to keep track of, and travel reimbursement is worked out in the same system. For us that means less time moving information between spreadsheets and more time working with young people.
The CRM was built for Youth for Change by Sorapis.io. Thank you for taking the time to understand how an Erasmus+ youth organisation actually works, and for building around that.

Four years in
Since starting in Bitola in 2022, our participants have taken part in 14 Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects in four countries, alongside our work at home in North Macedonia.
Four years ago Youth for Change was an idea. Today we have young people travelling across Europe, partners we are proud to work with, projects behind us and more ahead.
Consider this an early fourth-birthday present to our community.
