Building Bridges – Inclusion, Diversity and European Values
Building Bridges was an Erasmus+ youth exchange held in Wieleń, Poland, from 11 to 17 May 2026. Young people explored stereotypes, inclusion, migration, human rights, European values and democratic participation through games, simulations and workshops.
Feel It to Heal It in Šibenik, Croatia
Feel It to Heal It was an Erasmus+ training course held in Šibenik, Croatia, from 24 to 28 November 2025. The project focused on emotional intelligence, communication and socio-relational skills in youth work.

Play for Change was an Erasmus+ youth exchange held in Wieleń, Poland, from 22 to 28 September 2025. Young people explored the EU Youth Goals, inclusion and active participation through games. They also designed, prototyped and tested their own educational games.

Life Skills was an Erasmus+ youth exchange held in Cristuru Secuiesc, Romania, from 17 to 26 September 2025. Teenagers from four countries worked on practical skills including CV writing, first aid, emotional management, public speaking and digital skills.
